"Bananaphone” by Raffi. Coincidentally, it is also the most awesome song.
Who is your favorite storyteller?
My father was the best storyteller. He used to tell me stories or read me books in my youth that captivated my imagination. Sometimes he would lead you on something that sounded true or plausible, until he made it so ridiculous that you finally realized that he was just messing with you.
Most amazing encounter with someone in need?
During college, I joined a group to go feed the homeless in Salem. There I met some amazing individuals who have experienced more gain, loss, and trials than I could comprehend. It really opened my eyes to the need of the community.
Why do you do what you do for i58:10 Media?
I have always wanted to use my talents to help those in need, but I never knew where to apply them. The Lord made this opportunity available for me and I knew he was calling me to it, so now I do what I love and help others while doing it!
Describe your family?
My mother, stepfather and two younger sisters live in the area and we hang out on holidays.
What is a quote that has had the biggest impact on your life?
“This too shall pass.” Not only is it my mantra, but I have a tattoo of it written in Hebrew as a constant reminder that this life and body aren’t permanent.
